Yes, you can buy Research Chemicals from us discreetly and safely. All our products are lab tested for purity and quality. As these are not illegal products, they undergo thorough testing. However, it’s crucial to remember that our products are strictly for research purposes only and not for human consumption or household use. Please always refer to our Safety Information page and product labels before handling any chemicals.

Our most popular product is 2-MMC, also known as 2-methylmethcathinone.

If your order is placed and paid for before 17:00 PM WAT on a working day, we aim to ship it the same day via PostNL. Delivery times vary by destination:

  • Within the Netherlands: Typically one business day.

  • International Orders: Delivery times depend on the destination country and selected shipping method. You’ll find an estimated delivery time on the product page and specific shipping times will be provided at checkout. Please note that exact delivery times can sometimes vary depending on product availability or carrier schedules.

Once you make a purchase, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with your unique order number. After your order has been packed and shipped, we’ll send a separate email with tracking details. If you haven’t received an email after one working day, please check your spam folder first, then contact us at info@drsupplys.com.

Shipping costs vary by destination and selected shipping method.

  • Within the Netherlands: €4.75 for letterbox packages with Track & Trace. Free shipping for orders over €50.

  • To Belgium: €9.95 for letterbox packages with Track & Trace. Free shipping for orders over €100. For shipping rates to other European countries and international destinations, please see our Shipping & Delivery Information page or check during checkout.

Yes, all our products are packaged discreetly and anonymously. The outer packaging will not reveal the contents, ensuring your privacy. Only your delivery address will be visible.

If available in your region, you can often choose a parcel point or pick-up location as your shipping method during checkout. Then, simply add the address details of your preferred collection point in the order notes or select it from the available options. This allows you to pick up your package at your convenience.

You can cancel your order and receive a full refund if it has not yet begun processing or been shipped from our warehouse. Due to the nature of our products, once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is unfortunately no longer possible. If you receive a defective or transport-damaged product, please take a clear photo of the damage and contact our customer service immediately at info@drsupplys.com for assistance. It’s crucial to report any transport damage within one working day of receipt.

You have the right to return your purchase within 14 calendar days of receipt, without providing a reason, provided the product meets our return conditions (unused, sealed, in original packaging).
