At DrSupplys.com, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. As a valued customer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase (the “Right of Withdrawal”) within 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order, without needing to provide any reason.
1. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
You can unpack or test the products you’ve received only to the extent necessary to assess their nature, characteristics, and functionality – just as you would in a physical store.
If you decide to exercise your Right of Withdrawal, you must inform us clearly within the 14-day period. You can do this by sending an email to returns@drsupplys.com or by contacting us through our specified contact channels.
2. Returning the Products
Once you have notified us of your decision to withdraw, you must return the products to DrSupply promptly, and in any event, no later than 14 days from the day you informed us of your withdrawal.
Please handle the products with care. You are required to return them in their original condition and packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
Please note: The direct costs of returning the products will be borne by you, the buyer.

3. Our Refund Process
Once we receive the returned products and verify their condition, we will process your refund. We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the initial standard delivery costs (if applicable), within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notification. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
4. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
Please be aware that the Right of Withdrawal does not apply to certain categories of products due to their nature, limited shelf life, or for health and hygiene reasons. This includes:
Customized products: Items made to your specific specifications or clearly personalized.
Perishable goods: Products that spoil quickly or have a limited shelf life.
Sealed hygienic products: Products that are sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery.
The sale of these specific product categories is considered final once payment has been successfully completed, as clearly stated in our offer at the time of purchase.
