At DrSupplys.com, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our delivery times, shipping costs, and how we handle your packages.
1. Delivery Times
We do our best to process and ship orders placed on weekdays before 17:00 PM WAT on the same day. While we strive for this, it’s not always possible if products are out of stock. In such cases, your order’s delivery might take a little longer.
You’ll find an estimated delivery time directly on each product page. Should we be unable to meet this estimated delivery time for any reason, we will inform you as soon as possible.
2. Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once you complete a purchase, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your order number. You can use this number to check the status of your order.
After your order has been packed and shipped, we’ll send you another email with tracking details. Please remember to check your spam or junk folder, as these emails can sometimes end up there. If you haven’t received an email after one working day and have checked your spam folder, please contact us immediately.
3. DrSupply Delivery Service (Netherlands)
For orders within the Netherlands:

Orders placed before 17:00 PM WAT on a weekday are typically delivered the next working day.

Please note that deliveries to the Wadden Islands may experience delays due to boat transport schedules.

PostNL handles our deliveries, ensuring safe and efficient service.
Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping within the Netherlands for all orders over €50.
4. Discreet & Anonymous Packaging
We understand the importance of your privacy. All our products are packaged discreetly and anonymously. There will be no indication of the contents on the outside of the package; only your delivery address will be visible.
5. Receiving Your Delivery
To ensure you receive your order, someone generally needs to be present at the delivery address on the delivery day.

If you’re not home, the carrier will typically attempt redelivery multiple times or try to deliver to a neighbor.

Alternatively, the package might be taken to a nearby collection point.

The delivery person will always leave a note or notification to let you know where your package is.

DrSupply’s responsibility for delivery typically ends once the package reaches the designated collection point. After this, it becomes your responsibility to collect it.

Deliveries generally occur from Tuesday to Saturday between 08:00 AM and 18:00 PM WAT. We cannot guarantee exact delivery times as these depend on the carrier.
6. Shipping & Costs to European Countries
We ship to various European countries. Shipping options and costs vary by destination:
Within the Netherlands:

Letterbox package with Track & Trace: €4.75

Free shipping: For orders over €170.
To Belgium:

Letterbox package with Track & Trace: €9.95

Free shipping: For orders over €100.
Important Note for International Orders:
Orders shipped outside the Netherlands are at your own risk. We strongly advise you to check local import regulations before placing an international order.
