We strive to provide a complete and accurate description of our products and services to help you make an informed decision. While we use images to illustrate our products, please note that these are indicative and may not perfectly represent the final product, its colors, or specific features.
Each offer will clearly communicate:
-

Any applicable shipping costs.

How the agreement will be formed.
-
Your rights, including the Right of Withdrawal.
-
The payment, delivery, and execution procedures.
-
The deadline for accepting the offer or its validity period.

Any costs associated with using telecommunications (if applicable).
-
Details regarding archiving and access to the agreement.
-
The languages available for concluding the agreement.
-
Any applicable codes of conduct.
5. Forming the Agreement
An Agreement is formed when you accept our offer and meet the specified conditions.
Upon your acceptance, we will immediately confirm receipt of your acceptance electronically.
We are committed to ensuring secure electronic transmission and payment systems for your protection.
DrSupply reserves the right to verify your creditworthiness before finalizing an Agreement. Based on this assessment, we may refuse an order or impose specific conditions.
Once your order is delivered, you will receive essential information regarding complaint handling, your Right of Withdrawal, any applicable guarantees, and conditions for termination.
6. Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)
You have a Reflection Period of 14 calendar days to withdraw from the Agreement without needing to provide any reason.
This withdrawal period expires 14 days after you, or a third party designated by you (excluding the carrier), physically receive the goods.
To exercise your Right of Withdrawal, you must clearly inform DrSupply of your decision by email, post, or fax before the withdrawal period expires. You may, if you wish, use our model withdrawal form (available upon request).
After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the goods to us within 14 days. You are expected to take reasonable care to avoid damage to the goods during this period.
You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods unless otherwise agreed or if the goods are defective.
7. Costs in Case of Withdrawal
If you exercise your Right of Withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including initial delivery costs (excluding additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery type other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notification. We will use the same payment method you used for the initial transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Should the value of the product decrease due to your handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods, DrSupply may deduct a corresponding compensation from your refund.
You will not be liable for any reduction in value if DrSupply failed to provide you with the required information about your Right of Withdrawal.
8. Exclusion of Right of Withdrawal
Please be aware that the Right of Withdrawal does not apply to the following types of products or services:
-
Products or services made to your specific specifications or clearly personalized.
-
Goods that, due to their nature, cannot be returned or spoil quickly.
-
Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery (e.g., certain medical supplies, personal care items once opened).
-
Sealed audio, video recordings, or computer software once you have unsealed them.
-
Newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts for such publications.
-
Services concerning accommodation, transport, car rental services, catering, or leisure activities if the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance.
-
Services that have been fully performed with your explicit consent before the withdrawal period has expired, and you acknowledged that you would lose your Right of Withdrawal once the service was fully performed.
-
Goods whose price is dependent on fluctuations in the financial market that are beyond our control.
-
Betting, lotteries, or gambling services.
Any exclusions will be clearly stated at the time of the offer.
9. Pricing
All prices displayed on DrSupplys.com include VAT and will remain fixed during the offer’s validity period, except for any legally mandated changes in VAT rates.
Prices for certain goods that are subject to fluctuations in the financial market (and are beyond our control) may vary, and this will be clearly stated in the offer.
Price increases within three months of the Agreement’s formation are only permissible if they are mandated by law.
While we strive for accuracy, DrSupply is not bound by obvious printing or typographical errors. In such cases, DrSupply may cancel orders.
10. Conformity and Warranty
DrSupply guarantees that all products and services comply with the Agreement, the specifications stated in the offer, and meet the reasonable requirements of reliability, usability, and existing legal provisions at the time the contract is concluded.
Any manufacturer’s warranties are additional and do not limit your statutory rights as a consumer.
Should you discover a defect, you must report it to us within two months of its discovery. Returns, if applicable under warranty, must be in their original packaging and condition where reasonably possible.
The warranty does not cover defects arising from repairs or modifications made by you or third parties, improper use, or changes in legal regulations that affect the product after purchase.
11. Delivery and Execution
DrSupply will handle all orders with the utmost care and will deliver to the address you provide.
We aim to deliver orders as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days after the Agreement is formed, unless a different delivery period has been explicitly agreed upon.
If delivery is delayed beyond 30 days (or the agreed period), you have the right to cancel the order without cost and receive a full refund.
In the event that a product is unavailable, DrSupply will offer a suitable replacement product or a full refund. If a replacement product is provided, the cost of return shipping for the replacement will be DrSupply’s responsibility.
The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you upon delivery or when the goods are received by a representative authorized by you.
12. Duration, Termination, and Extension of Contracts
Termination:
-
Indefinite Contracts: You can terminate contracts entered into for an indefinite period at any time, subject to a maximum notice period of one month.
-
Fixed-Term Contracts: Fixed-term contracts will terminate automatically at the end of their specified term, provided proper notice is given (if required).
Extension:
-
Fixed-term contracts for the regular delivery of products or services (e.g., subscriptions) will generally not be extended automatically unless explicitly stated and agreed upon (e.g., short-term newspaper subscriptions).
Duration:
-
Contracts with a duration exceeding one year may be terminated after one year with a maximum notice period of one month, unless specific conditions prevent early termination.
13. Payment
Payment for your order is due within 7 working days after the commencement of the contract, unless different payment terms have been agreed upon.
You are responsible for promptly notifying DrSupply of any inaccuracies in payment details provided.
In case of late payment, statutory interest may be charged, along with reasonable costs for recovery.
14. Complaints Procedure
Should you have a complaint about our products or services, please notify us in writing as soon as possible, preferably within two months of discovering the defect.
We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 14 days and aim to provide a substantive response within the same timeframe. If a longer period is required, we will inform you of the delay and provide an estimated response date.
If your complaint cannot be resolved directly with DrSupply, you may escalate the matter. Consumers in the Netherlands can refer their complaint to mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur. Additionally, you can use the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
Submitting a complaint does not suspend your payment obligations unless we explicitly state otherwise.
15. Governing Law and Disputes
All contracts between DrSupply and consumers are exclusively governed by Dutch law.
The Vienna Sales Convention is explicitly excluded from these Terms.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or agreements will be settled by the competent Dutch courts, unless otherwise agreed upon.
16. Additional Provisions
Any deviations from these Terms and Conditions will not impair your consumer rights and will be provided transparently to you on a Durable Medium.
If any provision within these Terms becomes invalid, it will be replaced by a new provision that most closely matches the intent of the original.
17. Data Protection and Privacy
DrSupply is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with applicable laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Your data is processed solely for the purpose of fulfilling your orders, facilitating communication, and complying with legal obligations.
We will not share your personal data with third parties unless it is required for order delivery or mandated by law.
As a consumer, you have specific rights regarding your data, including the right to access, correct, delete, or object to the processing of your data.
For comprehensive details on how we handle your personal data, please refer to our dedicated Privacy Policy.
